Open space / skate park planner (f/m/d) in service phase 5 (LP5)

Permanent position | Full-time | Location: Cologne | Company: Landskate GmbH

Your tasks

  • Drawing of outdoor facilities: Preparation of detailed plans in service phase 5 (implementation planning) with a focus on skate parks and leisure facilities.
  • Technical elaboration: Development of precise plans and technical drawings for creative and challenging projects.
  • Teamwork: Close collaboration with our planners, project managers and clients.
  • Detailed planning: Consideration of functional, design and construction requirements in planning.
  • Applying knowledge of materials and construction: Ensuring that plans are both aesthetically pleasing and technically feasible.

What you bring to the table

  • Completed training as a technical draftsperson or a degree in landscape architecture, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in implementation planning (LP5), ideally in the field of outdoor facilities or special constructions with organic elements, as well as knowledge of drawing up specifications (LP6).
  • Confident handling of CAD programs (AutoCAD, Vectorworks or similar programs).
  • Begeisterung für Skateparks und urbane Freiräume, mit idealerweise einem Verständnis für die besonderen Anforderungen solcher Anlagen.
  • Technical understanding and the ability to combine creative ideas with practical solutions.
  • Independent, committed and responsible way of working.
  • Good knowledge of German and English.
